Day Five
Painting and our Critique...

Before winding up for the week painters accept the challenge of a one-hour drill.
The drill asks participants to find their painting location, setup their equipment,
create a painting, pack-up and return to our room in just one hour!
In spite of threatening rain, all yield great results!

Mike paints from the back terrace
as Ann finds a great spot in front to paint a garden scene.
Creativity is not just how you paint but how an artist improvises
en plein air to paint during inclement weather.

Gaby works from inside our meeting-place classroom
to protect her pastels from drizzling rain.
Marjie paints from the building entrance
to capture a lively-colored garden piece.

Patricia looks across the pond to paint the mill and Bonnie paints a close-in planter.
Following the "drill"
all go inside to talk all things "Art" and enter into our final critique...
